A little about me? Simple. I ride, I work, I eat and I sleep. Sometimes I get the yard work done. Sometimes I don’t. Lately I’ve been getting out riding quite a bit and you are welcome to join me when I do ride. Sometimes I ride dirt. Sometimes I ride street. I don’t race anymore, but I dream about it. If it’s on two wheels, I’m in!

Okay, let’s talk about work. In an effort to better serve you, I would like you to stop in and say hello, and to share any of your experiences at Victory BMW. We strive to keep customer service top-priority. In fact, much of my background is in service. While I feel that my staff is top-notch, there will be times when I need to become involved. I want you to know that you are welcome to contact me any time you feel there is a problem that requires my assistance to resolve. I like to hear when my staff has gone above-and-beyond as well, and I do get to hear it a lot! Please keep the compliments coming. It makes my head swell.
