| | Everyone knows about the F800GS!
We dressed this bike up and took it for a ride on SR/88, aka The Apache Trail. We dropped down into a sand wash and had a great time. The Conti TCK 80 tires hooked-up just fine. The hand guards, headlight guard and engine guards were not needed since we never dropped the bike. However, it was nice to know they were there..just in case. We did hear a few rocks pinging off of the skid-pan. Good thing it was that, instead of the engine. The high windshield made for a much nicer highway ride in just getting to our destination. The super-bright LED turn signals made for much improved visibility, and everyone knew which direction we were headed. The Remus Hexacone slip-on pipe added some great tone. Plus, the BMW Vario expandable top case give us a great place to put that extra clothing when it got too warm out and we needed to shed some layers. These adds not only look great, it puts the bike well into the league of serious riders. It’s all available for your F800GS. ( Most of it will fit the F650GS as well.)
